Things can be natural to you while also being worth admiration and acknowledgement.

Such things may come naturally to our people in general and you specifically, but does that make them any less remarkable or worthy of admiration?

A rose may bloom every season, but it is never less beautiful or miraculous simply for doing what it is natural for it to do.

I think Alexander once told me that I should ask some of the older Baritones members for a history lesson--to learn what things used to be like for your unit. That was after I scolded him for keeping quiet about just about everything with me.

Frankly I would consider myself a newer member. Eichi or Absinthe would be who to inquire with.

I'm somewhat aware of what the problems were, but faced few myself. Especially if he meant in regards to the internal state of the unit.
