[The pressure on his throat is not something Hythlodaeus expects. Between that squeeze and the tentacle filling his throat his breathing is cut off entirely, and once again it brings that shameful, guilty kind of pleasure with it. With a choked whine he clings to Emet with both hands, digging his fingers into the clothes on his back, eyes screwed shut and body shuddering and squirming in Emet's hold.

When Emet pulls the tentacle out it comes a surprise, and Hyth instinctively tries to suck in a breath - but even that is denied him by the kiss.
