[You are greeted with the sound of randomly disrupted static, at the end of which three melodic beeping signals are heard. Yep, that's your cue to leave a message!]
[--alright, that's entirely news to him. Levity's own eyes widen in shock; to know that things could get so bad as to lose one's bodyparts permanently...]
...I-I'm so sorry, Dee. Of course I will help, anything I can.
...so, like, [ she brings her hands up to cover her eyes. ] I had a feeling something like it might happen again and I had tried to prepare, but... [ she shakes her head. ] I went blind again after that stupid game. I don't want to have to live in fear now that Intensity's gone. And eyes are, like, they're... delicate. I don't want anybody just fucking around with them. [ her hands drop to her sides. ]
...thank you though. I just, ah, need to teach you how to fix them. I have one he made me for such an occasion, since I could deactivate them if I needed to. If it got too damaged and started wigging out it'd be safer to just... make it stop, you know. [ she leads him into her shop. ] Are you... sure you're going to be okay with this? I know it's kind of a lot to ask.
Heh, thank you. I can kind of explain things a bit too, since, like, he made me a practice eye. [ inside the shop there's an eye that looks just like the ones in her head. ] FiN's powers don't require tools, because... uh, IDK, magic, so... I can screw this one up for you and you can sort'a, like, get in there and look at in and start piecing it back together with them. Wanna... give it a go?
But, yeah, it... I hate it. Losing a sense as important as sight... [ she trails off and shudders. ]
...please. [ she looks down at the floor for a moment. ] I can deal with a lot, but... [ she just trails off and shakes her head. ] Alright. Let me just... [ she picks up a screwdriver and jams it straight into the eye. it sparks and starts wigging out a bit, so she removes it and sets the tool down. ]
It's all yours now. No rush. It's just a practice run. [ she's going to lean into him, turning herself so she can bury her face in his shoulder. ]
[Levity takes the eye in one hand, half-hugging D.Va with the other arm and stroking her hair.]
Don't worry, Dee. I'll take care of you.
[He spends some time simply inspecting the eye, figuring out its workings - technokinesis at least allows him to probe at how it functions, what exactly might be preventing it from working properly. Once he's as certain that he's figured it out as he can be, he concentrates on repairing it, wires and tiny paths for electricity flow mending themselves, twisted metal returning to its usual shape.]
[ she just leans into him as he works; watching & waiting. as soon as he thinks he's got it she gives his cheek a kiss and takes out her phone. it connects to the eye and lo and behold it IS working. she can see what it's seeing through the phone, which she shows him with a smile. ]
Did you want to do a... harder test... [ she seems a bit more nervous about asking this. ] Or, ah, maybe another round of this? Was it hard?

[A moment, thoughtful]
I'm sure I'll get it with sufficient practice, but I'll write to Intensity for advice, too. He's not getting away from us that easily, after all.

[He presses a quick kiss to the top of her head before looking back to the practice eye.]
Our powers do let us repair things a lot more easily, yes. Let's give it a try.

...Alright, I think it should be fine now?
