[Well, apparently the way to get Levity to relax is to just... be comfortable around him. He continues petting D.Va's tail when he notices that she likes it - but does draw his hand back from the tip when it's obvious that it's, ah, a bit of a sensitive spot. He colours a little too - it's a bit too early for that kind of exploration yet; best saved for the hotel.
Levity does wrap an arm around her shoulders, though, letting her lean onto him if she'd like.]
I take my memories with them! If you'd like, I would love to have you, too. Five told me it's best to take memories with people you trust, just in case it turns out to be something traumatizing... so I usually invite my friends. And I'm happy to count you among them, too.
[ as soon as he moves his hand off her tail it stops moving and settles in the water. ] ...you didn't have to stop. [ she averts her eyes as she says it. ] It's a bit sensitive, but it, ah, it feels... nice... [ clears her throat and looks back at him as she leans into him, shutting her eyes momentarily. ]
I'd like that. And that's a good way to do it. Some memories can be... well, really bad, and it's nice to have somebody to fall back on if one happens to be like that. [ she tips her head back to give his cheek a kiss. ] Thank you for included me. I look forward to joining you the next time you take a memory or two.
[Well, since he's given permission - and since D.Va really does like it - Levity resumes petting her tail gently. It's really very pretty and a very curious thing...]
Mm. Truly, I would not have thought of it myself, but Five advised me to have people around when I take memories. I suspect it's because he must know about my past, if even a little... But given how close he is with Alexander, it's probably a lot.
[And a cheek kiss for D.Va, too! Levity really does seem to flourish under gentle affection.]
